The concept of web-based (Software-as-a-Service / Cloud) Performance Appraisal Systems are fairly new, and many organizations are only starting to realize now that this is the only effective way to have staff appraisals done, in a world where instant access to performance and appraisal data and records is becoming crucial—for the sake of efficiency, productivity, and dependable record-keeping—to name but a few benefits.

Paper-based systems are just no longer viable in a technology-driven world where instant, on-tap access to almost everything is becoming the norm—especially if technology such as the Internet can make this happen—anytime, anywhere.

There are two Partnership Plans:

Plan 1: Referral Partner (RP)

You provide us with qualified leads; we do the online system demonstrations, manage the sale, and provide client after-sales support. You receive commission on the initial sales value, as well as for every subsequent year that a client renews its system license, for a maximum of three years per client (so apart from providing the initial qualified lead, you have no further involvement).

Plan 2: Full Involvement Partner (FIP)

We provide you with a dedicated system site to learn the Appraisal Smart System and to use for (online) demonstration purposes. We provide you with full training and support. You demonstrate the system to client prospects, manage the sale and provide client after-sales support (we assist you as necessary). Your client system sites ("instances") are hosted on our dedicated ASP servers, located at state-of-the-art data centers in the USA (Phoenix, Arizona) and Australia (Melbourne).

Your receive a commission (substantially higher than a Referral Partner) on the initial sales value of client system licenses, as well as for EVERY SUBSEQUENT YEAR that clients renew their system licenses.


Making Appraisal Smart available to your clients will open up many more opportunities for related training and consultation (professional services), such as:

  • Bundling Appraisal Smart together with your other HR Products and Services to provide a more comprehensive service to your clients.
  • Strategic Planning Consultation/Facilitation (which should precede Operational Planning and Performance Management).
  • Job Analysis and Strategic & Operational Plan Cascading Consultation to assist clients in determining appropriate Performance Measures and Standards for their various job roles and organization unit levels.
  • Fast-track Appraisal Smart implementation training and coaching.
  • Performance Appraisal Interviewing Training.
  • Performance Coaching and Counseling Training.
