An Appraisal Smart System License includes unlimited FREE
training, coaching and support for the client-appointed Appraisal
Smart Corporate System Administrator (normally an HR manager/member).
This person is then required to feed that knowledge and skills
through to the rest of the employees as necessary.
Although the Appraisal Smart System incorporates a number
of selfstudy Tutorials and Help Files, some clients may prefer
to speed up General User understanding of the system by requesting
additional personal coaching by our consultants. This can
be done one-on-one or in small-group settings at your own
premises where possible (or online).
This is rarely required, as the system is very simple and
user-friendly, but available as a service in any event.
